    轉(zhuǎn)向箱又名換向器、轉(zhuǎn)向器,是一種動力傳達機構(gòu),是減速機中的一個系列,在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域有很廣泛的應(yīng)用。轉(zhuǎn)向箱目前已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)了標準化和規(guī)格多樣化。轉(zhuǎn)向箱有單軸、雙橫軸、單縱軸,雙縱軸可選。速比1:1、1.5:1、2:1、2.5:1、3:1、4:1、5:1全部為實際傳動比。轉(zhuǎn)向箱可以正反運轉(zhuǎn),低速或高速傳動平穩(wěn)。轉(zhuǎn)向箱當速比不是1:1時,橫軸輸入、縱軸輸出為減速,縱軸輸入、橫軸輸出為增速。

    安裝前注意事項:
    1、轉(zhuǎn)向箱在使用前應(yīng)對安裝軸進行清洗,并檢查安裝軸是否有碰傷、污物,若有應(yīng)全部清除干凈。 
    2、轉(zhuǎn)向箱的使用溫度為 0~40 ℃。 
    3、檢查與轉(zhuǎn)向箱聯(lián)接的孔的配合尺寸是否符合要求,孔的公差應(yīng)為H7。 
    4、使用前應(yīng)將最高位處的堵塞換上排氣螺塞,保證轉(zhuǎn)向箱運行時排出體內(nèi)氣體。

    安裝與維護:
    1、轉(zhuǎn)向箱只能安裝在平的、減震的、抗扭的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)上。 
    2、在任何情況下,不允許用錘子將皮帶輪、聯(lián)軸器、小齒輪或鏈輪等敲入輸出軸上,這樣會損壞軸承和軸。
    3、轉(zhuǎn)向箱安裝后,檢查是否靈活。正式使用請必須進行空載試驗,在運轉(zhuǎn)正常的情況下,再逐步加載運轉(zhuǎn)。 
    4、轉(zhuǎn)向箱嚴禁超過額定載荷使用。 
    5、轉(zhuǎn)向箱在使用前和工作中應(yīng)檢查油位是否正常。

    潤 滑:
    1、初期使用二周或100-200小時,為初摩耗期,這之間可能有少許金屬摩耗粉粒,請務(wù)必清潔內(nèi)部,并換新潤滑油。 
    2、長期使用時,每半年至一年或1000-2000小時更換一次潤滑油。
    3、轉(zhuǎn)向箱潤滑油采用中國石油全效齒輪油90-120度,低轉(zhuǎn)速、輕負荷條件,建議采用全效齒輪油90度,重負荷、高溫的條件,建議采用全效齒輪油120度。

    Precautions before installation:
