  皮帶輸送機(jī)械驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是由傳動(dòng)滾筒，ATA懸掛式齒輪減速機(jī)，扭力臂，皮帶輪及電機(jī)組成，其動(dòng)力由電動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)皮帶輪傳遞給減速機(jī)，減速機(jī)再通過(guò)空心軸傳遞給傳動(dòng)滾筒，并通過(guò)扭力臂固定減速機(jī)，可配置防倒裝置。該系統(tǒng)具有安裝，適用維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)
 二：適用范圍 
     農(nóng)業(yè)，商業(yè)，郵電業(yè)，食品工業(yè)，煙草工業(yè)，汽車工業(yè)，水泥工業(yè)，采礦業(yè)，攪拌站的皮帶輸送系統(tǒng)適用及維護(hù)1：開(kāi)機(jī)前必須將減速機(jī)加入N159或N220中極壓工業(yè)齒輪油，注油至減速機(jī)示油器中間位置； 2減速機(jī)運(yùn)行三個(gè)月后，需要更換潤(rùn)滑油，注意必須將機(jī)內(nèi)雜物沖凈后，方可加入新軸；3減速機(jī)空心軸端與傳動(dòng)滾筒端必須用壓蓋板及防送螺絲緊固.4減速機(jī)皮帶輪與電機(jī)皮帶輪安裝時(shí)必須保持平行，皮帶的松緊度要適中。

2： Applicable scope
Application and maintenance of belt conveyor systems in agriculture, commerce, postal and telecommunications, food industry, tobacco industry, automotive industry, cement industry, mining industry, and mixing stations: 1. Before starting up, the reducer must be added with N159 or N220 medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil, and filled with oil to the middle position of the reducer oil indicator; After running the gearbox for three months, it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil. It is important to flush out any debris inside the gearbox before adding a new shaft; The hollow shaft end of the reducer and the transmission drum end must be fastened with a pressure cover plate and anti feeding screws.
